Amex Credit card department,
I purchased an - - on - -, - with my American Express Blue Card ( No. - - - ). It proved almost immediately defective. I shipped it back to be repaired. The company billed me $83.00. I disputed this claim as the product was clearly defective. American Express agreed and reversed THAT charge. However, after an airplane flight early in - the product proved defective yet again. I gave up on it as - - refused to fix it. I filed a dispute with American Express to get my money back ( I bought another - from - which has worked fine for over a year now ). The defective product should have been covered under American Express 's warranty programs. I treated the defective product in no way badly and it was only a few months old. American Express has refused to honor their warranty. ( The last Claim Number I have with American Express for this matter is - ).
