Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Oregon

In -/-/- signup with - was told it would work in the area I was living and that I had thirty days to return it- I returned it almost immediately and went with another provider - he did not work correctly, connecting issues and dropping issues. I called customer service several times finally they agreed since we where out on the plains there could be connection or service problems in that rural of area. They told me what to do to send it back and I did. Only to discover years later 3 yrs later- they filed it into collections as if I didnt do something. I have tried to discuss and get it removed- collection agency refuses- I even talk with - -. This collections is wrong. Please review my credit I may get behind on Medical as Medical is sooooo hard but everyone of my consumer accounts get paid.
