Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I called in -/-/16 and settled my account for $450.00 I was told fees would be adjusted within 48 hours and I would have zero balance. I even said in my payment authorization that I only approve payment with - balance she confirmed and took payment I have the recording as well. They then left fees continue to charge interest and report my credit. To this day its on my credit. I want this removed from my credit entirely or I will sure for inaccurate credit reporting and damages. My account was paid and settled I want it closed like promised and removed from my credit immediately.
