Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Florida

Someone stole my identity. They have my social security, date of birth, address, etc. are trying to open credit cards under my name via the Internet. Not in person. Believe it was an internal employee from - for that I do not make purchases on the Internet or give my personal information to anyone.
