On Monday, - -, 2016 at - I submitted a transfer of funds from - - - bank to Union Bank for $5000.00. At - PST I received a confirmation email that this transaction had been processed. This morning at - I accessed my account at Union Bank in order to pay some bills. The $5000.00 transfer was not there. Later in the morning, I checked again, and it was still not there. I called Union Bank and was told by two different people that there had been a " delay in processing deposits and we do n't know when it will be resolved. '' I do n't have access to my $5000.00, and would like immediate access as I have mortgages and bills to pay. - -
