-/-/2015 I wanted to purchase a vehicle but unfortunately my credit was n't sufficient for a " regular loan '' which landed me with a high interest rate finance company ( Reliabe Credit Association ). From -/-/2015 until present date my experience has been pure angony. My account is current and never missed a payment. However, when I call regards to my account one manager in particular ( - ) has a derogatory disposition and use abusive language. When I ask to speak with his supervisor he said " I 'm in charge ''! At this point I 'm considering returning the vehicle just to avoid future problems.
