I ' am writing to complain about Simm Associate Inc Referance number - and -. This collection agency engaged in the following unfair and abusive collection practices specifically prohibited by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692. I received two calls on - -, 2016 at - - and - - from - - to inform me she contact my employee and verified I was an employee. She advised me the call was record on both calls. She did not verify my information on both of the calls. She made repeated and continuous calls to my cell phone and my place of employment. I also received an anonymous 3rd call on - -, 2016, but I hung up on her, after she stated her name. The calls were harassing and she misrepresented her self. The first call she stated she was with a law offices. 2nd call she stated there was no attorney working in the office. I tried to explain to her over and over that I did not signed for the debt she is collecting for she repeatedly talked over me. During the call she tried to me she had discovered information from my POE that could be used against me or valued to collect debt. During the call I also advised her to contact my attorney regarding bankruptcy. I was informed that the private student loan was covered under my bankruptcies. The 3rd time I spoke to - - I called the office to advise her that I was disputing the account and to send validation of debt. I called back 3 times to request an supervisor. The first time she hung up on me after I advised her who I was. The 2nd time I spoke with a gentleman he hung up me and I heard them and the background talking stating not to talk to me. 3rd time she hung up on me. These calls was made - - central time. Final call I spoke - - supervisor and advised him of the calls.
