I took out a title loan on my car. As of -/-/2016 it was paid off ( I had a $0.00 balance ) but during the course of the loan the car had been repossessed for 'nonpayment ', but it was in error and they agreed to waive the reposession expense. I asked for my title once the loan had been paid off, but they claimed I still owed this repossession expense that they had agreed to waive. So I filed a complaint with that company and NOW they claim I owe over $1000.00 past due and they have changed teh 'repossession expense ' from over $500.00 to $160.00. I do n't know what they are trying to pull but I do not owe them this money. I have a letter dated - where they claim I only only them $0.00.
