Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
I have been a Dillards Credit Card holder for over 10 years. I took responsibilty of paying my bills and setup for automatic payments to prevent late payments. Last year, they decided to change their banking company to WellsFargo. I had to jump all sorts of hoops to sign up for the new payments. Unknowingly, when Dillards would call about my payment being a day late I would immediately pay over the phone and was told by the representative to resign back up with the online payment center. This happened at least 3 times. While I was believing that my payments were finally going through because I setup automatic payments again by taking step by step directions from a representative. To end the story, a final and fourth representative told me every time I signed up, it was taking two billing cycles to activate. So the 2 month cycle wait kept restarting and the horror would not stop. Meanwhile, they stated I was $7.00 dollars past due and now it was on my credit report for -/-/2015. I would normally send Dillards big monthly payments and would not let $7.00 slip up. I would like to have this negative remark removed because Dillards and myself was going through a transition and I was honestly trying to do the right thing.
