I received a reply to our complaint -. They say we do not qualify for anything. Which I do n't understand. The state of Maine requires the mortgage co to allow us to have mediation first. They did not finish our mediation. There must be something they can do. At one point they locked us out of our home. It took them a week to go and take the lock off the door. We had to turn around after work and drive back to mass and stay with my father. No clothes nothing.
