Bank of America Credit card department,
Back when I was younger, I missed a payment or went over my available credit once or twice on my Bank of America credit card. They hiked my interest rate up to --. I have been paying in full, never going over limit, and keeping my credit card in good standing for the last 3 and a half years and the company refuses to drop my interest rate or increase my limit.
