Simm Associates has made multiple calls to my fathers ' ex-wife at her work place, also leaving messages disclosing private information of the nature of their business. In addition they called my father twice. They called my workplace, when I returned their call I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes the customer service representative was abruptly placed me on hold whilst I was speaking.
