Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Florida

I attended South University - Campus in - where I was approved for - - and sub and unsub loans for South University ; as well as out of pocket expense for tuition. I was set up for a payment plan for my out of pocket expense that would be debited out of my checking account which i had to pay monthly. I tried to get the payments as low as possible being that I am a single mother with a child and i did not have a good paying job to make such big payments, the lowest that they could make my payments were - which was still a bit much for me being that i was only making -/hr working less than - hours a week. In the year of - my child was diagnosed with a - and was deemed - and that was a life changing event in my life that was very challenging to make sure i could find all the resources to help my child with his -. i tried my bbest to make sure i was able to attend school but it was hard with all that was going on with my child


of this matter being that it was the week of exams and that i needed to drop out of my classes. After my father was getting back to good health I tried to registered back to South University with all these life changing events, The Dean of South University stated that I would need to submit documentation in regards to this matter because South University was going to dismiss me from the school. I put in an appeal and provided all the required documentation that was asked from me and The Dean of South University denied my reentry back into the school and stated that I could put in another appeal in a year to see if the school to accept me back in. I was left with a balance of - and the school was paid with my loans and - the whole time i attended the school. I am unable to attend any school without being able to provide my official transcripts and it has been hard for my to further my education. I 'm unable to further my success with being in school or to get a better job without a degree. I feel that the whole situation is unfair because i provided what i needed to get back in school and I had valid documentation but still was denied my success to further my education plus left with a balance that i should not have to pay being that I was dismissed from the school and the school was paid by The Department of Education. Can you please assist me with this concern to help me further my education to get back in school?
