Bank of America Credit card department,
This is in reference to my previous complaint : Case number : - still have the same issue. The bank apologized and confirmed it wo n't happen again but I still see the same issue where my credit card disappears from my online account after - of every month, so I am unable to check my transaction status online. I am wondering if I should file legal action to have this issue fixed once and for all, since the bank does n't seem to take this issue seriously or do anything about it yet.
