I had a credit card through Barclay. I applied for apple financing card. When I logged in my account I was led to believe my cards had merged into -. I made payments on the apple financing card. I had a less than - dollars charged on the previous -. When I called and explained the situation I was told my late fee would be waived. Whenever I logged in it was not waived. I called five times and everyone promised me it would be waived in 7 days, 14 days etc. Who has time for this? I was lied to 5 times! Finally, today I called because I was to receive another late fee on the fee that was suppose to be waived and was told that it will not be waived. I was waived a - dollar interest fee ... - DOLLAR! Yuck what an insult. I was very clear when speaking to reps before that it was - dollar fee that should be waived. They all said that the - dollar fee will be waived. I was lied to over and over again and the malicious action of waiving - dollar ... What a nice ethical work


never missed a payment and now this will be on my credit report ... Which lasts - freaking years and which means I will be paying more in interest for a mortgage or other purchase. I mean who makes these rules? Who 's running the show here? For whose pockets to be lined? It is ridiculous that we all have to slave around to these businesses that manipulate all global economics because they are allowed to be ruthlessly greedy. How long does the public have to ask for more regulation that protects all of us from being robbed by these companies through their made up fees? It is like the never ending story. Did our government really loose it 's strength to -? I do not understand how the middle class and lower classes and frankly the majority of the world are allowed to be pawns for the benefits of a few thieves. Where is the unity? The stand for right against wrong? Is there ever going to a time in my life where I wo n't have to fight off some nasty corporation creature from trying to steal from me? I am fed up with seeing this happen to everyone. Some serious, real changes need to happen before we all become peasants again.
