The Huntington National Bank Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Ohio

My bank account was withdrawn $12.00 for fees for using a non Huntington ATM. This charge happened weeks after I actually used the ATM. They quickly charged me more and more overdraft fees of ridiculous amounts. I spoke to a customer service agent who told me that as long as I made my account positive by - -, they would refund me the overdraft fees. I did this BEFORE - - and they refused to honor their word. In my eyes they lied to me and stole my money. I should not have owed them $200.00 for a $12.00 charge in the first place. They also refused to honor their word when I made a payment promise to them. I was told I would have $60.00 in my account after the fees were removed, which did n't happen. The customer service agents were very rude and unprofessional and refused to help me.
