Innovis is continuing to use false reporting from - after being shown documented proof of - 's negligence. Innovis staff went so far as to say they ignore proof submitted by consumers. I submitted proof to Innovis in the form of copies of - Mail Certified delivery and direct complaint to - for reporting false information to credit bureaus which Innovis confirmed receiving. The complaint to Innovis and - specified false information is of a four-month period of delinquencies beginning - - and ending - - when in fact the student loan was in deferment and never late. Within the submission to Innovis, I certified that - had not responded to me within the required 30 days after - 's proof of receipt -/-/-. Innovis then ignored this documented evidence and used the repeated false electronic reporting from - to " verify '' the false information in their Innovis -/-/- report update. Innovis failed to remove false reporting upon receipt of actual documented evidence. In a - -/-/- phone call to Innovis on the matter, the Innovis phone staff member confirmed that Innovis is using an electronic " update '' from - - verification and ignored documented evidence from me


violation of the FCRA because the " update '' Innovis received from Navient does not contain any documentary evidence that Innovis nor - has or can provide to me, and their " update '' is a month beyond the FRCA 30 day required time period for a response from the -/-/- receipt of certified notice of dispute. This is a very good example of how the FCRA is being openly violated by CRAs. What is the point of allowing disputes to CRAs if they will ignore documented proof submitted by consumers and continue to publish non-proof " updates '' from creditors?
