NetSpend Corporation, a TSYS Company Prepaid card department,

I received a netSpend prepaid MasterCard in the mail for which I never completed an application. I have never dealt with this company and do not know how it has my information. Additionally, the card was sent to the temporary address where I am living, which makes me even more suspicious of the company and the offer. A - search showed many other complaints about this company and the fees charged for everything from checking your balance to using the money you load or have deposited on it.
