Barclays PLC Credit card department,
-/- - recently changed to - so new cards were issued to users. I attempted to call - to get back statements from 2015 in order to do taxes ( I keep all business expenses on that card ). They told me I had to get that info from -. I contacted - and they said they had to request the info from - and it would take 14 business days, which is unacceptable when just a week ago all this information was available online. Both companies are being difficult to work with and are unwilling to get me MY statements in a timely fashion. I have no recourse as the little guy dealing with - giant companies and they are not giving me fair, timely information.
