-, 2015 received a bill for $40.00 from Phillips 66 serviced by Synchrony Bank. I paid it on time electronically ( bill pay service ) but it went to the old credit card number. Synchrony continues to add finance charges and ask for more info. I have faxed a copy of my bank statement. My bank has sent a letter showing proof of payment, later ACH numbers to show where payment came from and where it went. My bank, myself and Synchrony engaged in a conference call and now they want 3 months of bank statements. Enough already! I am not sending 3 months of statements. This is all a ploy to wear me down. The old servicer of this account ( - I believe from my bank 's research ) has probably forwarded payment. Synchrony wants me to call -. Synchrony should do the research from all the data we have provided them and issue a statement to the credit bureaus to clean up any adverse reports about me. This account was paid and should be credited as such..
