Hi, on - - I went to - and withdrew - from the atm, the atm only dispursed - because of their limit. I then went inside bank to explain the problem the bank did an investigation which showed they were over -. So then the money was sent back to american express serve on - - to be credited back into my accout an at this time I had already started a dispute on my half. - - i was sent an email saying investigation was closed an I would not be credited the - dollars because the merchant had provided documentation that I was given money at the time of transaction which is false. Now it is - - an not getting any answers nor my money. I call continously the american express number on the back of my card because Im in need of my funds an not getting anywhere.
