Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas
i was injured on the job 1 year ago.got in touch with the company and explained my issue and they said they had a program to help me repay the debt. I just had a - - - - 2015 prior to the - i i set up a hardship repayment program loan with elan fian co and after i made first payment as we agreed over the phone. i found they were still reporting me negative to the credit bureaus and then the original monthly payment amount changed and they could not validate/explain to me why. I have hired - to help with the situation. i changed my phone number because they were calling and harrasing me 7 days a week well today they got my new number and are doing the same thing again. I cant recover from my - - and worry about this company trying to collect a debt that i did not agree to the new terms the changed without my consent please help me. Thank you - - -
