Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I recently found out that I had a negative mark on my credit. I have excellent credit. When I found out that Syncrony Bank/Sams Club had a collection on my credit I did n't know why because I have a business account and it is fine. I found out that they had opened an account for me with a small charge for a purchase I made, I thought, on my business account. I never got a bill or notice or even a card in the mail from opening an account. I went to Sams Club and they told me that an account was opened and they had the wrong address. They had part of my business address & part my home. But I do not ever recall even opening this account. They have advised me that it is fixed but it is not still. I need this resolved as this is erroneous and completely inaccurate.
