Sams club credit owed me a credit of $27.00. I spoke to them around -/-/- and they assured me they would credit my account but explained it would take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear. I checked my statements for -/-/-, -/-/- and now -/-/- and still no credit. I called Sams Club Credit today ( -/-/- ) and they researched the situation and determined that the request for credit was submitted on -/-/- but somehow never credited to my account. Given the error, I asked for an immediate credit to my account and initially, they refused indicating that they would reprocess my request today and I would need to wait another 1-2 billing cycles for this new request. I asked to speak with the manager and only after I explained I would be filing a complaint with the CFPB, did the manager assure me he could approve the credit now to appear on my account within 24-48 hours. I still am not confident I will see the credit - but will confirm in the next few days.
