I have a missed payment on a loan that is my ex-wife 's double wide. She got the double wide in the divorce. The loan company would not allow her to refinance due to her credit. The judge put an order in that no matter what her payment history was, it could not affect my credit. That has been 15 years ago and she has been late on a regular basis. The loan company has just started putting it on my credit. Please help. I have worked very hard to get my credit good, and no it is poor.
