Bank of America Credit card department,
In -/-/- BankAmericard began charging a $59.00 annual fee. I opted out of the change in terms which meant I would pay off the balance under the prior terms. However, I was charged the $59.00 fee in -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/-. For some reason they did not charge me in -/-/-, but I have never been refunded for the other 4 years of fees and related interest charged on those fees. I have complained each year which is probably why it did n't get charged in -/-/-, yet nothing has been done to correct the prior billing. I want to pay off the balance now but am not going to pay these fees totaling $230.00 + interest. I would appreciate some assistance in resolving this issue. I have limited access online to statements etc. but have included what I can for now. Every year when I call BofA, they say they are " correcting '' it as they did 2 weeks ago when I last called, but I never hear from them again until I see the bill the next year and call again.
