Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay New York
On - - I called my car company to ask if I may have until -/-/- to pay my car loan as I was unemployed and starting a new job that week or the following week. Within that week my car was towed for tickets. I called - to make my payment just as I had promised and before -/-/-. I spoke with a woman name -, I made my payment and patty informed me they received a letter regarding my tow, and that they were going to get the car. I told her I was going to file my taxes and I The people here are frauds. Interest rate is very high and when I lost my job, they defrauded me. My car was towed for tickets. After calling to make my car payment I I was told they would go and pick up my car and the fees would be added to my loan or some other arrangements would be made. That was a lie, lie, they kept my car. When I called to inquire about paying for the fees and making a payment they gave me a run around for a whole week, with no response not
the impound fees, but then they said oh your car payment is late, I said its late because no one would let me pay until I spoke to someone your collections department about my impound fees. They still charge me a late fee, and when I ask to speak to the supervisor he was rudeeee. His name is -. When I informed of his rep that lied he had no rebuddle just kept shouting at me. I then told him it was only fair to grant me an Ext for the towing fees because I was n't told I would have to pay upfront I would get the car. She said no worries as a precaution they would get the car because they had issues where people say they would get their cars and never did and that they would at to my loan or make arrangements to pay it off. - said to call her back that Friday to discuss payment arrange to. I called repeatedly with no response, until -/-/- when my car note was due, I called stating I did n't want my payment to be late. They then referred me to another Employee -, who I spoke with on -/-/- and charged me a late fee, although it was there fault, and informed they repo my car for the tow and I had 5 days to come with -. I said I was n't informed of this. I 've called fo over a week with no written response or returned call. I said your coworker did n't tell me had to come with all the payment and never told me it was a repos. - inform me she will give me until - to pay. I said ok I will use my tax return. I then asked for the Supervisor - is his name, he was rude, I explained his employee lied and he had no rebuttal. I said your employee or your company did n't inform me it was repo. After catching him in a lie, he got upset and after I told him they can pull his call records and hear that - lied, he cooperated. On - I called to make full payment, they said they would n't take my payment via check or credit card or money order only - - in store. When informed her my bank is n't in my city and that I could n't withdraw -. They refused to work with me, refused. I called - - to ask if I may use my debit card they said yes, when I got to - - location they said I could n't send more than - off my card that was Friday made. I then called them back and they only insisted on cash payment, when I asked for a copy of that policy I was met with fierce opposition and rudeness. Made me very Leary. I actually let me car go becaue I live in the city and the car was more of hassle with alternate side.
