The reason for my complaint is because I have had an issue with Identity theft. I have filed a police report and sent it to chex-systems and they have corrected the fraudulent information. But I have had a more recent situation in which I have faxed Chex-systems the amended police report and they have not responded to my request. There is a charged off amount reported for account abuse for $37.00 that is a result of identity theft and there are several inquires showing on my report that are fraudulent as well. The only inquiries that should be showing on my report are with - - and and - - -. I sent chex systems this information in - and they have not responded to my dispute.
