Care Credit. Im having - over this. we have made several attempts to take care of a past due. Its my husbands account. we work different shifts. he was here today and talked with them on the phone, he gave ALL permissions for me to talk with them about his account. collections, payments, everything, he gave the phone back to me. he then left for work. I then made sure with that associate, that before they transfered me, that it would be Ok to talk with me. He said absolutely, he will note it and made sure the next associate knows its Ok to discuss this account with me. I was tranfsfered to - in the hardship department, at approximately - - this day -/-/2016 pacific time zone. She refused to discuss this hardship program with me, without getting permission again from my husband. He had left for work already as stated above. I asked if they could mail us the paperwork, She says No. I asked to be transfered to her manager - -, answering machine was full. They have been calling my phone off the hook and calling my husbands phone and calling my work. We have made our best attempts at resolving this matter. And its now causing me medical issues.
