Incorrect information on credit report Personal information New York

While reviewing my - and - credit report, I noticed an unauthorized and fraudulent inquiries initiated by CREDCO on -/-/2016. I did not authorize any employee of CREDCO to review my records for any purpose at any time. This is as a direct result of ID THEFT. I personally contacted CREDCO to delete this adverse information and requested for any verifiable signed documents by me, to date CREDCO has failed to provide me any signed documents within 5 business days nor did they delete this information from my report.. As a direct result, I have continued to suffer discrimination and irreparable economic loss of denial of meaningful employment. housing discrimination and denial of credits due laegely to gross negligence of the CREDCO employees acts and omission.
