While reviewing my - credit report, I noticed an unauthorized and fraudulent inquiry was initiated by - BANK on -. I did not authorize any employee of - BANK to review my records for any reason at any time. I had also requested - BANK to provide me with documentation for my verification within 5 business days and they have failed to do so, in clear violation of my FRCA and Privacy Rights. I have continued to suffer irreparable economic injuries as a direct result of this negligence on the part of the BANK, including but not limited to inability to secure meaningful employment, housing and obtain new credit.
