Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Keep getting calls about my loan New York

I currently owe money to - from private student loans. This debt has been disputed and I have filed a Defense to Repayment and the collector is not only calling me repeatedly but also calling my mother in law and my husbands grandmother ( whom neither of them signed anything for me, and one of them does not even speak English ). They have no right to constantly call my family looking for me when they have no ties to me financially. This is unacceptable and harassment.
