Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Sychrony Bank put a 30 day mark on my credit even though I asked a rep if I made by payments on -/-/-, I would be in good standing. I tried to make payments on -/-/15 and -/-/15 but the system claimed my bank rejected the payments which is not true. I did not have a returned payments with them. I want the negative credit mark removed because I paid -/-/- 's payment on -/-/15 which a rep said I can do. Now I am getting inconsistent information. They claimed they ca n't remove the negative credit mark which the credit bureau advised me that is not true. He state if they want it removed, they can submit a correction with the credit bureaus. I have had several issues making payments with their reps because they clam my bank rejected the payment, this was not true per my bank. I do not think it is fair.
