Barclays PLC Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement California

My name and social security was used to open numerous credit cards and loans with various banks. - and - has release me from being responsible for these account. However, Barclay refuse to file as a fraudulent account because of the retracted conversation in 2014. However, - - is the person who contacts Barclay concerning the account in my name and two other family members. They have not sent me a copy of the application and procedure of how identity was proven to them when requested. They refuse to talk to me about the case and stated that it is closed from their end. I do n't know how they accepted and approved an application fraudulently. I was told to go online to access further information on this account. However, I can not access anything because I do n't have any information on this account- no credit cards or statements.
