Amex Credit card department,
American Express has switched " Application approval Process '' on me twice within a year the - was with the - Amex Card from - -, I applied for the " Business '' Revolving Card Since I opened the " Business Executive Membership '' and instead they sent me a Personal Card Revolving Card and not the Business Card, I called them numerous times but they refused and told me they were sorry but could not change it. Then months later I applied for a Business Revolving Credit Card and again I ended up with a Business GOLD Charge Card and NOT the Revolving Card, I called explained and reminded them that I was a " NON-Profit '' Small Business and again they refused to convert the card to a ( Blue Card or a Card for Small Non for Profit Org Revolving Card that carries a Balance Overtime which would have enabled me to make monthly payments. ) Since - - American Express deliberately locked me out of my accounts online preventing me from visually seeing charges made on my account ( s ) and or disabling me from disputing charges and therefore I was unable to make payments,
American Express is intentionally causing their clients and consumers to default in payments and therefore charging Consumer 's Late Fees, and Canceling and closing out our accounts as a result their " Unethical Business Practices ''! This was reported and reflected on my Credit Rating as Late Payments and Therefore I was unable to be approved for a Balance Transfer with -. I 've called them multiple times and they refused to assist to resolve any issues. They will however call you - in the Mornings before - and - - and will call you late at - between - and - -! to ask you for payment arrangements! I 've also called in my payments or scheduled payments in the past, but they also botched that up as well by debiting my account before they agreed payment date causing me to have over draft fees with my bank. So I no longer trusted American Express do that as well. They are making it hard to make the " Pay-Off Process '' very Hard! and I 'm also Disputing my Current Bill for the Gold Business Card amount $1900.00 my spending limit was $1500.00 Nothing has been charged to the account since - -. I 've returned a lot items and do not believe my account was properly credited. In - - I had a - Balance! How did this account become so inflated! Every time I 've asked to speak to a Supervisor, i was always told sorry no one is available or they disconnect my call too.
