Closing/Cancelling account Connecticut
I used a textbook company called - to sell textbooks. They would only pay the funds back through American Express Serve. I cashed all the money and have been trying to shut down the account. It is next to impossible to do this. There is no easy way to cancel the account on line. When I call, I get transferred to an " Account Specialist '' and I have been on hold for over 10 minutes and twice, the line goes dead. Obviously they do not want me to close the account!
