Vehicle lease Problems when you are unable to pay Tennessee

I have disputed a claim through - through - and claim number is - and have not yet got flagship credit services off of my credit report I have spoke with flagship credit services and they said I have to file a claim through credit report. Anyways there was a -/-/- - - I have let go back but it shows im 120 days last on a payment I have not had the car since - and I am requesting that they remove it from my credit report because they ha e sold the car and have not contacted me since repossession I do n't know where yhe car is or how much it was sold for they have no right to report on my credit I am 120 days late so I request that flagship credit services be taken off of my credit.
