Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Nevada
Incident date -/-/- - We where listed as a Third party reference. I, - - took the call. They asked for - - the loan holder. I informed the Representative that she was not available. The Representative identified herself as - from California Auto. I told - the Representative from California Auto regardiing the - Toyota highander and that she needed to locate vehicle. I explained that we have asked several times to please remove telephone as point of reference. - then said, I was being rude. I explained to - that she is calling a third party. - then started to harrass me and started shouting, " why dont you do something and take a message? '' I explained that two weeks prior I had spoken with Manager - - and Third Party reference would be removed. - from California Auto then stated, she was recording the call and that she would call back again. I informed her she was harassing
once again. - - then stated California Auot was not doing anythiing wrong by calling a -. I explained I was a Third party and did not have loan. I reminded him that i had spoken with him about 2 weeks earlier, regarding harassment. - - - stated he was doing his job and not breaking the law and that he would continue to call. I explained once again, I 'm a Third Party and asked him to remove telephone number - and ended call Call - -/-/- - pm from California Auto voice message was left regarding California Auto and - - - Toyota Highlander to please call back. By Representative - - -/-/- - pm California Auto voice message was left regarding California - and - - - Toyota Highlander to please call back. Call -/-/- - from California Auto - Received call from - - Stating that she was California Auto , she asked for - - regarding the - Toyota highlander. I said not here. She then asked for - -. I asked if - - was on the loan - said no. I asked her to remove telephone number -. - Representative from California Auto said, that she needed to locate the - Toyota Hghlander and then asked for - -. I informed her that she was harassing me and that she needed to remove telephone number. Representative hung up. Then she called me back twice with intent to harass by letting the phone ring and hung up at -/-/- - am and -/-/- - am. Call -/-/- at - from California - - Representative from California Auto did not identify herself. I informed the Representative that I have received harassing phone calls and that I have asked numerous times for telephone - be removed. She continued to harass me by asking for Third party - -. I asked if - - has a loan with California Auto. Representative then said no. I asked her again to please remove my telephone number. I explained that her company has been harassing us since -/-/- and tat I had already spoken with - - regarding third party contact. She then said she would remove telephone number.
