I started to order product from - thru their agent over the phone. I provided a credit car but when the agent advised that we will be placed on automatic shipments I said to cancel ecverything, that I did not want their product if I had to be placed on automatic shipment. Operator said it would be cancelled. I then get a bill for $130.00. I have never received any product from this company. I have sent them - debt defense letters where I ask them to show proof that I ordered the product and proof of any alleged delivery. Apparently they ignore these for I just received another collection letter from Retrieval Masters Creditos Bureau , Inc. -, NY -. I have been disputing this debt with debt to no avail. When I look on the Internet there are - of cases of consumers going thru the same problem with -. Thank you so much for your help.
