Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Charges were put on my account before the work was done and before authorization after I refused the original estimate given. I then authorized the work to be done at a lesser amount and now both charges are on my account and they refuse to take off the previous unauthorized charges. This is a national auto repair chain and related credit company.
