Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
HH GREGG credit account. Charged us high interest & added it to our account without giving us any notice. I asked in HH Gregg local store in - -, if they could tell us a " balance '' or give us a payment statement. HH Gregg told me, they have no access to this information. I went on " my online '' account for HH Gregg. To my surprise, there is " no available '' information, regarding : statements, balnce inquiry, current amount due or payment history. No record of " interest due '', current interest rates charged. I went to store again & asked what is my balance, after paying a store payment. The store manager again stated : " we have no way of knowing this information ''.
Manager gave me a phone number, saying : " maybe they can help you ''! Dissappointing, as we got an additional $ -+ interest added onto our account, without being given any notice at all. Our account was down to $1200.00, now it has a balance of over $1500.00! - - - - - - - -, WI - - ( cell ) or - ( residence )
