switched from - to - over one year ago, suddenly without legal notice recieved a collection hit on my credit reports from all - major bureaus. When I attempted to find out why, I was given a false answer that i did n't turn in equiptment. I told them that I had the reciept for this and it was working just fine, the service rep for - oh yes, I was correct and that they could n't find out what the money they wanted was from and they would have this removed from my credit reports at once. after 4or5 months it is back in collections with no further explanation. I have called - after 3 months to make sure all bills were paid and they were completely satisfied at that time.
