Bank of America Credit card department,
The credit card company withdrew 2 payments from my account without my consent leaving my bank account overdrawn. I contact them and they promised to reimburse my account in 24 hours. It 's been 4 days and I 'm charged with NSF fees. Todate, they have not returned the extra payment.
