Title loan Can't stop charges to bank account Maryland
Mariner Finance garnished my wages without properly notifying me. - - - and - - - located in - notified me that a Garnishment was placed on my account - -, 2016. I did not receive anything in writing stating they were attempting a Garnishment. I feel this is very unfair and unjust.
