On -/-/- I responded to a final notice from advocate health care by phone and talked to - at - and asked for a payment plan of - month paid bi-weekly - told me she would have to refer the matter to management and would call me back with an answer.I never received a call so i sent a - payment via : money order # - on -/-/- I called again on -/-/- and talked to - at - who said was sent a letter agreeing to payments of - bi-weekly and informed me my account was sent to collections and could not be returned.I complained I was never called as promised or told to look for the decision in the mail. - transferred me to - where i spoke with - who told me I made a payment on -/-/- and the account was sent to collections on -/-/- I informed her my money order dated -/-/- was mailed on the same day -/-/-. - informed me she would send a email to the in house self pay unit who would contact me in - hours this was - on -/-/-. Today, -/-/- I received a letter from a collection agency dated -/-/- with a threat to seek judgement from me for the full balance not minus my - payment. I went through my mail and found a payment arrangement letter from - dated -/-/- that demands a minimum payment of - not the - bi-weekly payment i asked for.I still have not heard back from the " in house '' self pay department.
