I 've received a call from Sunrise Credit Services that I owe - - - something dollars from a - Credit Card that 's financed by - Bank. I called - Bank and told them that I did not have and never applied for a credit card from -. I never received any billing statement regarding the charges on the alleged - credit card. I requested proof of this alleged credit card debt but they said all information have been forwarded to Sunrise Credit Services and that I should contact this credit service. I called Sunrise Credit Services and spoke to - - and requested for the proof of the alleged credit card debt. She said she will send it through mail and should reach me within one week. Two weeks passed and I did not receive any. I followed up and was able to spoke to an associate of - and again requested the information of the alleged credit card debt again. The lady said - never put a note/request from - Bank to send the proof of debt to me. The lady said she will put a request from - Bank before she could send the proof of


before she could send the information to me. I asked how long it will take before I receive the information and the lady said she can not give me a time frame for it. I told the lady that I am filing a complaint against them for harassing me for a debt that I do not owe. The lady then tried to refer me to - - Account - which, when I asked, is also under - Bank. I told the lady that I do n't think I will get a fair treatment from this organization since they are also under - Bank. I told the lady that I am filing a complaint against them before the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau instead.
