This agency is attempting to collect a debt from me for a debt I do not owe, but more troubling is the fact that this agency in not licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Collections to conduct the business of a collection agency within the state of Arkansas. This agency is violating the FDCPA which are per se violations of the Arkansas Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, The Arkansas Collection Agency Act, and the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. This agency also did not send me my right to dispute this debt, prior to entering this debt on my credit reports, which I do not owe. I can only assume that because they are not licensed to collect in my state, they incorrectly thought they could violate my rights by only reporting to my credit. This agency has violated numerous provisions of the FDCPA and Arkansas State Law, and should be brought to justice by your agency. Thank You
