THE DECEPTION OF TD BANK I submitted an application for a collateral loan with my passbook savings account as the support. The loan amount was $5000.00 over 36 months. The payoff was completed in 15 months and to my surprise, my collateral was not in existence any longer. Why is a collateral in place when there is no intent on the lenders part to reinstate the original property?
