Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I am writing to dispute ( - ) marks on my annual credit report. # 1. SYNCB/Chevron PLCC # - I did not personally open this account but was added as an authorized user for the account. I never physically had a credit card in my possession for personal use. The primary account holder and I are not in contact with each other and to my knowledge all charges on the account had been paid in full. # 2. SYNCB/JC PENNY # - This account was opened and kept current until -/-/2009, when I experienced some financial difficulties and was n't able to keep my account current. Once I was able to get some steady income, I reached out to customer support at JC Penny and nobody was able to assist with me trying to pay back the balance due.
