On -/-/2016 I recieved a call from an - that left a 40 second voice mail upon not being answered that said nothing. Upon researching the number I discovered that it was a collection agency that was sold a debt from -. I called the number and spoke to a - -, who told that that I owed $100.00 on a past due - phone bill. I immediately told her that the matter was an error that was in the process of being solved due to a mess up on - when setting up service. - sold the debt prematurely to Amsher collection when they have acknowledged that there was a mistake made when switching payments over to another account.

In addition, Amsher Collection has not sent any notice through mail allowing me the right to verify the debt, nor my right to dispute as of -/-/16, or even that the debt was sold to them. Immediately after the phone call, I spoke to - 's customer support about the matter and was told that I have to negotiate with Amsher Collection and that I should be given a breakdown of the phone bill through them, because the account has left -. - has mentioned that any possibility of buying the account back is impossible and that I have to speak to the collection company to settle the matter. I have not been given a proper break down of the bill and I honestly feel that the companies are asking for more money than they are entitled to, especially considering I have made multiple accounts to have the matter fixed in person and over the phone with -.
